Space Between is nestled amongst tranquil hillside native bush at the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and overlooks the golden sands of Marahau bay and the coastal paradise of the park. We are slightly uphill, roughly 1000 meters to the shoreline, therefore commanding an impressive prospect across the bay.

The view is constantly changing: the tidal range at Marahau is one of the largest in New Zealand and so daily the bay is dramatically transformed from a shimmering azure cove to a glowing golden beach. Enjoy sun and blue skies all year round, beaches and forests side by side, share the coastline with seals and dolphins, gather shellfish, ride a horse on the sand or simply sit back an enjoy the view.

Don’t miss the sunsets, complimented perfectly by one of our local wines.
